Simon McKeown

Simon McKeown is an architect, writer and illustrator who produces diverse comic books.

Earlier this year he released Bird Music, the eighth instalment in the ongoing series, The Bendigo Pub Project of Oscar Lago.  In 2017 his comic book Greater City Greater Love was issued with the vinyl edition of Bendigo band Fountaineer’s debut album of the same name.

Simon is currently working on a number of comics projects, including The Under Dressed Explorer, the next instalment of The Bendigo Pub Project of Oscar Lago.

Bendigo Writers Festival is owned by the City of Greater Bendigo and delivered by the service unit Bendigo Venues & Events.
