Pip Harry

Pip Harry is an Australian author and journalist. Her middle grade verse novel The Little Wave won the 2020 Children's Book Council of Australia Book of the Year Award for Younger Readers. Are You There, Buddha?, was a 2022 CBCA Notable Book and shortlisted for the 2022 NSW Premier's Literary Awards. August & Jones won the 2023 CBCA Shadow Judging Book of the Year for Younger Readers. Pip is also the author of two picture books: Over or Under? shortlisted for Best Picture Book in the 2025 ABIA's and a 2025 CBCA Notable, and The Inside Dog. Drift is her latest verse novel for young adults, inspired by bee swarms at her home in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
