Neane Carter
Neane Carter (she/her) is a proud Djaara, Yorta Yorta and Wamba Wamba woman from northern and central Victoria. Neane is a lawyer and advocates for community in protecting and managing their cultural rights. She is a cultural practitioner and continues the practices of her Elders and Ancestors.
