Iconic Southeast Asian restaurant Chin Chin is bringing its high-energy, vibrant, pack-a-punch flavours to Bendigo for just one night only, dishing up dinner and a Q&A hosted by Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper. He’ll delve into just what it takes for a restaurant to remain at the top of its game for more than a decade in a highly competitive industry, and share the inside goss on Chin Chin’s newly released third cookbook, ‘Still Hungry’.
